After 30 years as a trusted partner to Indianapolis and Marion County’s Information Services Agency (ISA), DAI took on an expanded role in 2014 to lead all IT application services for the enterprise. DAI works closely with ISA to deploy and enhance systems that enable effective management of local government processes while ensuring that critical HR, Financial and Payroll systems keep government business running. DAI also manages the Indy.gov web portal, along with eCommerce and GIS services and continuously seeks innovative solutions that transform the relationship between the City/County and those it serves.
